I am expecting a delivery from Best tonight. I wonder when you will arrive?

A notification about your home delivery will be sent via SMS when your package has been loaded onto one of our vehicles. Through the link in our SMS, you can track your home delivery in real time. In the tracking portal, you can also see how many stops the driver has left before your delivery.

I won’t be home tonight. Can you leave the goods outside the door?

In the tracking portal (which you can access via the link in the SMS we send you), you will be able to choose between a personal delivery or a doorstep delivery, provided the online retailer approves doorstep delivery.

In general, the following applies:

  • Your online retailer must have given us permission to leave the goods outside your door.
  • Orders with a high order value usually require the recipient’s signature.
  • Deliveries of prescription medicines, alcohol, and tobacco cannot legally be left outside the door.
I would like to change the address/telephone number for my delivery. Could you help me?

Due to security reasons and the risk of fraud, we are unfortunately unable to make changes to the telephone number or address without the consent of the retailer. We therefore kindly ask you to contact your retailer to ensure the correct delivery information.

I forgot to add my gate code during the online purchase. What should I do now?

The driver will call you if the gate is locked. Therefore, please keep your phone nearby. You can also change/add the gate code via our tracking portal (using the link in the SMS we sent you).

I missed my home delivery, what do I do now?

Please contact your retailer and arrange a new time for home delivery.

I was expecting a home delivery this evening, but it didn't arrive. Has my package gone missing?

If you have received a notification SMS from us and the home delivery has not taken place, we ask you to contact Best customer service or your retailer.

Can you deliver within a shorter time window?

No, our drivers always deliver according to a pre-planned route. We will send you an SMS allowing you to track your delivery.

Will the driver call me before the delivery?

The driver will call if they cannot access the entrance or if no one opens the door.
